OFEK: Learn Hebrew, Israeli Spirit, Israeli Innovation, Enrichment, and more
This course is available to high school students in grades 9-12, provided that the school accepts WASC Accreditation. Students also have the option to take the course without earning credit for a reduced fee.
It is a 26-class course, with each class lasting for 45 minutes.
To earn credit for the course, students are required to:
Attend at least 90% of classes.
Complete all homework assignments and submit them on time.
Successfully finish at least 3 projects and 2 assessments throughout the year.
Keep their camera on for the entire duration of all lessons.
Parents are encouraged to reach out to their child’s school to inquire about the number of units credit their student will receive for taking an annual course with a WASC-accredited school. This proactive step will help clarify the credit allocation process and ensure that both parents and students are well-informed about the academic expectations. Additionally, discussing credits with the school will provide insight into how the course will be reflected on the student’s transcript, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of their academic progress.
The teachers will issue final grades for the student’s transcript in numeric grade based on their class performance, assessments, and assignments.
The School name will be OFEK Hebrew accredited by WASC.
The syllabus will be sent to the school upon request. It will not be posted on the website.
The course spans 26 classes, with each class lasting for 45-50 minutes.
Ask your child’s counselor for the appropriate document. OFEK will provide a certificate of completion upon request.
All courses are live and not recorded.
Currently, we only offer a yearly course.
