Love cooking? Letโs do it together and make delicious Israeli food. Israeli cuisine is known for its diversity, with Jewish immigrants bringing their traditional dishes from all over the globe. These dishes adapted to the local pallet but still have kept their original tastes and identity. In each class we will prepare different Israeli food that is a part of the Israeli culture and of course is easy to make and very tasty. Before each class the students will receive a recipe with a list of ingredients, and instructions on how to best prepare for class.
In our class we will make:

Assorted savory bourekas
Sabich sandwhich or salad
Chicken Shawarma and baked cauliflower with tahini sauce and sumac
Knafeh (a Middle Eastern dessert with a shredded filo dough crust)
