The course is taught in English. It is intended for students who do not speak Hebrew and who are unable to read and write Hebrew.
The sessions are held once a week for 45-50 minutes and will focus on learning Hebrew while emphasizing the development of linguistic abilities, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing. Throughout the course, students will be exposed to vocabulary and content from Israeli culture.

Participants will receive tasks to practice at home and will be given assignments for maximum assimilation of the material covered in class.

In the course we will learn:

• Reading and writing: print letters and punctuation marks – Print and script
  Personal nouns in singular and plural
• Basic vocabulary
• Male and female nouns
• Question words – where, who, what, from where
• Implicit pronouns
• Building basic sentences
• The current Hapoel system in the active buildings
• Games and daily communication
