Level 2 Beginners is intended for non-Hebrew-speakers, who can read and write basic Hebrew. The sessions will be held once a week for 45-50 minutes and will focus on acquiring and developing the following language skills: reading and reading comprehension, writing, grammar, listening comprehension, and conversation.

Participants will learn to:

• Review the alphabet letters (in print) and the vowels (nikud).
• To read sentences, short stories, expand vocabulary, and answer questions.
• To write simple sentences.
• To listen to and follow basic instructions in Hebrew.
• To conduct basic conversation and follow instructions in Hebrew.
• Simple Grammar (present tense verbs, pronouns, singular/plural, adjectives).

Participants will be given homework assignments to reinforce what is learned in the classroom. Join our class today to develop your Hebrew skills and together we will learn to read, write, and speak in Hebrew.
