The course is taught in both English and Hebrew. It is intended for students who do not speak Hebrew and who are unable to read and write.
The sessions are held once a week for 45-50 minutes and will focus on learning Hebrew while emphasizing the development of linguistic abilities, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing. Throughout the course, students will be exposed to vocabulary and content from Israeli culture.

Participants will receive tasks to practice at home and will be given assignments to enhance assimilation of the material covered in class.

In the course we will learn:

• Speaking and listening – basic conversation in Hebrew
• Reading – reading words
• Reading comprehension – vocabulary expansion
• Writing – letterpress and punctuation marks
• Building a correct short sentence structure in Hebrew with the help of pictures
