In this course, we will encounter the stories of groundbreaking women from Tel Aviv who influenced society through their poetry, movies, theater, and education. Their stories will raise issues we encounter in our own lives such as gender, self-image, breaking glass ceilings and more. We will try to understand who these remarkable women were and how they affected both their generation and ours.

Throughout the course, we will also ask what we have learned from their work and experiences and how we can apply it to our own lives. Be ready to share your personal voice and experiences.
