Ot V’od – A Fun Start to Hebrew!
Course Description:
Welcome to Ot V’od – the perfect beginner’s class for young learners who are brand new to Hebrew and are non- Hebrew speakers!
In this fun and engaging course, we’ll explore the Hebrew alphabet, begin speaking and understanding simple words and phrases, and build early vocabulary through games, songs, and creative activities.
Classes meet once a week for 45–50 minutes and are taught in both Hebrew and English. Along the way, students will also get a taste of Israeli culture and traditions.
To support learning outside the classroom, participants will receive home practice tasks to reinforce what they’ve learned.
In this course, we’ll cover:
Recognizing Hebrew letters and sounds
Basic conversation skills
First steps in Hebrew vocabulary
Fun games and interactive activities

אות ועוד – כיתה מתחילה בעברית
תיאור הקורס:
ברוכים הבאים ל”אות ועוד” – כיתה חווייתית ללומדים צעירים שעושים את הצעדים הראשונים בעברית!
הקורס מיועד לילדים שאינם דוברים עברית ושעדיין לא יודעים לקרוא או לכתוב. נלמד לזהות אותיות וצלילים, נתחיל לדבר ולהבין משפטים פשוטים, ונרחיב את אוצר המילים – כל זה דרך משחקים, שירים ופעילויות מהנות.
המפגשים ייערכו אחת לשבוע למשך 45–50 דקות, בעברית ובאנגלית, ויכללו גם חשיפה לתרבות הישראלית.
התלמידים יקבלו משימות תרגול לבית – כדי לחזק את מה שלמדו בכיתה ולהמשיך את הכיף גם אחרי השיעור.
